La Jolla Contemporary Remodel

Contemporary Design

In La Jolla, we shaped this home’s cabinetry around how its owners actually live. Layout, materials and hardware were all settled on paper before a single cabinet was built.

The result is a kitchen that feels quietly considered — precise, calm and built to last, installed white-glove by a dedicated team.

La Jolla homes trade on light and views, and a contemporary kitchen here has to hold its own against the Pacific outside the window. The brief was a room that reads as a single quiet composition: flat-front cabinetry in one continuous run, tall units grouped so appliances vanish behind panels, and an island proportioned for the open plan rather than for a catalogue.

Storage was planned drawer by drawer around the way the owners cook and entertain, so nothing on the counter has to live there. The cabinetry was fabricated to the measured dimensions of the room, then delivered and installed by our own team. See more of our work in La Jolla kitchen design.
