Anything that inspires you — floor plans, architectural drawings, Pinterest boards, material samples, photos of your home. The more we can see, the more tailored our conversation becomes. That said, coming with only an open mind is perfectly welcome.
Plan for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Showroom visits may run slightly longer as you explore materials and displays firsthand; video consultations are typically a focused 60 minutes.
No. Your first meeting — whether in person or virtual — is complimentary and comes with no obligation. We believe relationships begin with conversation, not commitment.
Of course. Simply reply to your confirmation email or call the showroom directly. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice whenever possible so we may offer the time to another client.
Within two business days you will receive a personalized follow-up with initial direction, recommended materials, a projected investment range, and proposed next steps. From there, you decide how to proceed — there is never any pressure.
